Business Alerts

Exchequer's Sentimail® module enables you to rely on proactive business alerts to keep you updated about all areas of your financial operation.

By integrating intelligent messaging via email and SMS (mobile text messages) with the wealth of financial data that is held within Exchequer, Sentimail® allows you to truly manage your entire business by exception, meaning that you don't need to trawl through endless reports or rely on human communication to warn if problems arise.

 

Users of Sentimail® can set up 'sentinels', which look out for user-definable events or conditions anywhere in the accounting system.

 

Once triggered, the sentinel will alert a pre-defined list of contacts, either via email or SMS, with a customisable message.


Sentimail® uses dynamic push-pull technology, which means that users are alerted instantly when an event is triggered.

 

So if a sentinel has been defined to check for the receipt of an order or payment from a certain customer, the moment it is entered into the system, Sentimail® will immediately alert the necessary contacts with the information required.
