Applications
and Valuations
The new Applications and Valuations module extends the functionality
already offered by the existing Project, Job Costing and CIS/RCT
Modules* within Exchequer Enterprise, by automating many of the
complex postings and calculations required to track sub-contractor
Applications for payment and accurately manage tax deductions.
This helps to reduce the admin burden on companies within the construction
industry whilst improving cash-flow management and budget control.

Valuations
- The basis of a valuation can be prepared in advance
of Valuation Wizard
- Revenue Analysis Codes can be valued via a percentage
amount or value
- Utilises a clear and intuitive wizard to generate
an Uncertified/Certified sales application
- Valuations can be based on either an “Internal”
or “External” (i.e. in Conjunction with the Client)
basis.
- Conversion of work in progress is handled completely
separately to the valuation of a Job
Contractor Relationships
- Negotiated trading deductions such as MCD, CITB, Retention period
and amount can be set-up against each Sub-Contractor and job/contract
- Negotiated trading gross analysis such as materials, labour,
dayworks can be set-up against each Sub-Contractor and job/contract
- Contractor Relationship Revenue Analysis and pre-configured
deductions are used as the basis of generating Sales Applications
(JSA)
- Contractor Relationship Cost Analysis and pre-configured deductions
are used as the basis of generating Purchase Applications (JPA)
- Insurance policy and expiry dates are retained against the Sub-Contractor
record
- Default negotiated trading deductions such as MCD, CITB, retention
period and amount can be set-up for each job or contract (JPT/JST)
- Negotiated trading gross analysis such as materials, labour
and dayworks can be set-up for each job or contract. (JST/JPT)
